Group Riding 101

Have you ever wanted to ride in a well organised group ride but for whatever reason decided to just go it alone? This may be for you!

Four week introduction to group riding.

Who is this for?
Anyone who would like to experience the fun and camaraderie of group riding. You don't have to be a Lifetime member to attend.

What will I learn? We will focus on; Safety, Communication, Pacelines, Etiquette

What level of fitness do I need? If you can get through one of my 60 minute indoor cycle classes you are ready for the road! This will be an easy 10-12 mile ride.

What do I need? A well maintained road bike is best (but a cross/hybrid bike will work), a helmet and weather appropriate clothing.

When? Wednesdays in April, starting on April 4th. ***Weather Dependent*** check this blog for last minute cancellations.

What time?
Plan to be ready to ride by 6:10pm and be done by 7:30pm

Where? Rides begin and end at the LTF Minnetonka Club. Meet in the back parking lot.

I'm experienced, can I help? Amy and I would love your help! This will make a nice recovery ride.
