Indoor Cycling + Yoga =

Trouble.
As the presenter at our cycle training said Monday night; "this is a bike, we pedal it."

Can't blame Cy-Yo for trying something new, but I'm not sure I could follow the rules.

  • 3. Pedal with the energy of your Higher Self and against the energy of your Lower Self
Maybe if I rode closer to the Sub-Woofer?

I love both, yoga and indoor cycling but really can't imagine them cohabitating one room. It would be a bit like peanut butter and chicken, both are good but not together. Wait a minute! Chicken Satay uses both . . . but that is a different type of fusion!
