I wanted you to have a basic understanding as to the schedule between now and April 29th.
The plan it to have 3 hour rides on April 1st and the 15th. The 8th is Easter so prepare yourself for a very intense 90 minute ride so you have time to be with your family. We will taper just a little on the Sunday the 22nd. That's the Sunday before the Ironman!
